I can do this because I have adjusted my computers Regional and language option to reflect the place I live. localisation — I live here, I use a Māori keyboad
internationlisation: I use unicode UTF-8 to encode all web-page documents so the macron character can conveyed correctly. I don’t use HTML entities, because I use unicode UTF-8.
